By purchasing and accessing Visibility Multiplier (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. If you do not agree to these terms please do not purchase or use the App.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Media Spotlight Marketing, owned and operated by Virginia Parsons ("we," "us," or "our").
Visibility Multiplier is a web-based AI-powered content creation application that helps coaches, solopreneurs and small business owners transform one interview or talk into multiple pieces of marketing content. The App includes:
The App is delivered digitally via web browser. No physical product will be shipped. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
Visibility Multiplier is offered as a one-time purchase of $47 USD. There are no recurring charges, subscription fees or hidden costs associated with this product.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By completing your purchase you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount of $47.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the United States your financial institution may apply currency conversion fees — these are outside our control.
Upon successful payment you will receive an email containing your access link to the Visibility Multiplier App. This email will be sent to the address you provided at checkout within a few minutes of purchase.
If you do not receive your access email within 30 minutes of purchase please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us at [email protected].
Access to the App is for personal use only and is non-transferable. You may not share your access link or login credentials with others.
We stand behind Visibility Multiplier completely. Because we are confident this App delivers on its promise, we offer a 7-day conditional satisfaction guarantee.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above conditions or that appear to be fraudulent in nature.
The Visibility Multiplier App, including its design, code, content and methodology, is the intellectual property of Media Spotlight Marketing and Virginia Parsons. All rights are reserved.
The content you create using the App — including your interview plans, social posts and image prompts — belongs to you. We claim no ownership over content generated from your own interview transcripts and information.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell or create derivative works from the App itself or its underlying methodology without express written permission from Virginia Parsons.
Visibility Multiplier is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we make every effort to ensure the App functions as described, we do not warrant that:
The effectiveness of your marketing content depends on many factors outside our control including your niche, audience, posting frequency and platform algorithms. Results will vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Media Spotlight Marketing and Virginia Parsons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Visibility Multiplier App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App ($47).
We collect the information you provide at checkout (name, email address and payment information) for the purposes of processing your purchase and delivering your access to the App.
We will use your email address to send you your access link and occasional updates about the App and related products from Media Spotlight Marketing. You may unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process your payment (Stripe) or deliver the App.
Your interview transcripts, content inputs and generated outputs within the App are processed by the Anthropic API (Claude AI). We do not store or access the content you enter into the App.
Visibility Multiplier recommends the use of third-party tools including but not limited to ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva, Publer, Buffer, Descript and Otter.ai. These tools are not owned or operated by Media Spotlight Marketing.
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, pricing or policies of any third-party tools we recommend. Any costs associated with third-party tools are your responsibility.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Arizona.
