We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. If you request deletion of your account we will remove your personal data within 30 days subject to any legal retention requirements.

• GoHighLevel (GHL) — CRM, email delivery and members area (gohighlevel.com/privacy)
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — powers the AI content generation inside the App (anthropic.com/privacy)
• Vercel — hosts the Visibility Multiplier App (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)

We carefully select our third-party providers and require that they maintain appropriate security standards. However we are not responsible for the privacy practices of these independent services.

We do not share your personal information with any third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

6. AI Processing and Your Content

The Visibility Multiplier App uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate content based on the information you enter — including your interview transcripts, niche descriptions and marketing details.

We recommend that you do not enter sensitive personal information, confidential business data or information belonging to third parties without their consent into the App.

The content you generate using the App — your interview plans, social posts and image prompts — belongs to you. We claim no ownership or rights over the content you create.

7. Email Communications

When you purchase Visibility Multiplier you will receive transactional emails including your access details, welcome emails and product updates. These emails are necessary for the delivery of your purchase and cannot be opted out of.

You may also receive marketing emails about related products and services from Media Spotlight Marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email or by emailing us at [email protected].

Our emails are sent from [email protected]. We recommend adding this address to your contacts to ensure delivery to your inbox.

8. Cookies and Tracking

Our website and the Visibility Multiplier App may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us:
